The room we got was very very small it was called a suite but was as small as a room on a cruise ship. It was very clean never the less. They do put a 200 hold on your card so be prepared for that. It was in a great location right next to the boardwalk beautiful sites. This is a time share so be prepared to have to listen to their sales pitch unless you can avoid it like we did. Over all this place was very nice but little over priced for the room we had.

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at Boardwalk resorts! Marissa at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart, and gave us very valuable information about the amenities available to is. The hotel is in the perfect location to get the VA beach experience, with Atlantic avenue and all of its shops on one side, and the ocean directly on the other. Another major bonus of this hotel was the pricing! On such short notice, I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to find a room for a reasonable price, but I got a studio suite for $200 on a weekend in July, less than a week before my stay! The room was clean and tidy, with good air conditioning and even a kitchenette. Definitely would stay again!

The hotel is right by the beach which was very nice, for the price the room was big enough and had a kitchen. The only thing I didn’t like is that the bathroom tub/shower wasn’t as clean.

I asked for a 2 bedroom suite but instead i got two separate rooms and paid for 2 rooms instead of a 2 bedroom suit. My family was not together in the same suite . Never again and bathroom toilet never worked in 2nd room. Nevwer again for the price they charge

Excellent customer service from check in to check out. It was easy! Celeste at the front desk was very informative and she was awesome! She kept in touch by text throughout our vacation to make sure our stay was comfortable(you can also opt out for this service) The suite had a full kitchen with utensils and was oceanfront. The rooms are clean and they provide shampoo,conditioner, lotion and soap. The location is awesome! It is right next to the fishing pier and steps from the sand. There is a pool with hot tub. It is a secure facility. Keycard entry for all doors/pool/elevator access. There was security at night time rounding inside and outside. No issues with July 4th weekend. Everyone was having fun despite the large crowds and fireworks. As far as parking there is a garage with a parking pass. If your illegally parked you will get towed. We will definitely be visiting again 😊

I really enjoyed my stay!! We did a quick little staycation for Father’s Day (2 kids 2 adults). It was really nice. The staff was very informative and helpful. The kids were happy that the pool was open until 10pm.. so we definitely utilized that amenity. The room was super nice and clean! Blankets were super warm and the view was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!
