Upon entering the room, the first thing I smelled was bleach - nice to know things are getting cleaned. Security cameras everywhere and the parking lot was brightly lit. The staff was professional, they do their best to accommodate your requests, the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice for the price. The inside of the room looked recently remodeled with modern touches compared to the outside. The bed was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the bathroom was outdated and small, but it was clean, effective, and had excellent water temperature. The staff was super friendly and it included a free breakfast. Only a quick drive away from Busch Gardens and shopping.

Continental breakfast was cereal toast or a bagel. Not good for diabetes Floor was not clean. My feet were black. Ice machine broken. Was told to go to hotel next door to get ice. Flying insects in the room. But, all staff were excellent

Less than expected
Room had a weird smell. Toilet rocked back and forth. Tank was also loose. Faucet in the tub was loose. Handle on sink faucet was also loose. Soap dispenser at the sink was broken - this was the only thing the attendant fixed while we were there. Cleaning person did not replace all the used towels each day. Only leaving 1. I had to get ones from the front desk as well as toilet paper. Breakfast was pore with limited selections.

When first walking in to reception the smell of mold was overpowering. Getting into the room we were hit with a smell of wet dog and mold as well. The beds had brown stains on the covers. The bathroom had a smell as well. The tub was dirty and stained. Thr floor hadnt been swept or washed and the sink was filthy. Overall my sister and I felt unsafe staying by ourselves here. The coin operated washer was broken and pulled away from the wall as if it had been broken into. Would not recommend. Reveiws on Expedia were misleading.

Nathan and the other staff that I talked with were wonderful! As I shared with Nathan upon checkout, my mother and I were not impressed with the condition of the bathroom. Despite having an accessible room, the bathroom was not accessible. There were no bars to provide stability for getting in and out of the shower/tub. The door would not close. There were cracked/missing tiles in the tub. Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. The room floors were also dirty - after taking a shower, by the time I walked back to my bed my feet were dirty. The outside is rundown looking and in desperate need of paint. The ice machine was broken and we had to go to the motel next door to get ice. To top off the 2 night stay, we saw a roach the final morning.

Staff was very friendly and got us in very quickly. Room was very nice and updated. Room was bigger than we thought, and the beds were very comfortably. AC worked very well, and the room was nice and quiet from the outside. Our dog never barked once while we stayed. Breakfast was sufficient, but not many options. However, for the price of the stay, breakfast met our needs. The only issue was with the shower. The pressure was very low and most of the spouts on the shower head were blocked. In addition, the tub did not drain well at all. When I showered, the water level would get above my feet and take about 15 minutes to fully drain. They price was unbelievably low compared to other hotels in the area and met all our needs while saving us money to spend dinning out and shopping. Thank you

The sink was extremely slow draining and i had to clean it before using because it was dirty. The coffee pot was nasty looked like toothpaste all over one side. I had stayed at this hotel last year and had no issues,dont know what happened in one year but wont be back. Told the desk clerk about the issues he didnt act concerned and was not apologetic.
