Older property with a good location to the attractions. Spacious rooms and clean. Dated decor. Offers breakfast but basically non-existent except coffee, toast and mini muffins. Lady at check in is super nice and friendly BUT night manager can be inappropriate and scary.

The facility seemed run down. Our room was smelly when we checked in. There were no windows that would open, so we could not air the room out. The AC wouldn't come on at first, so we had to put up with the smell until the AC kicked in. Front desk staff were exceptional, and very knowledgeable about the area.

Cute lil place. Its cleaner than ive seen some other bigger companies ive stayed at hotels. Staff was friendly. And a diner right next door to it is very convenient.

It’s a historic inn that the owners are looking to squeeze every last penny out of before the property becomes another senior living center or strip mall. The staff was kind and the inn is in the heart of Williamsburg but the rooms are in rough shape and struggling. It’s a budget hotel in an expensive area so you get what you pay for.

Both of the rooms we booked reeked of cigarettes. It’s affordable and close to Busch Gardens so I’d recommend it if you need a place to sleep for a night or two. Other than the cigarette smell, the rooms are pretty clean and the staff are very friendly.

My boyfriend and I stayed 1 night for our annual Busch Gardens Williamsburg trip and we will definitely be coming back next year! For the price, the Rodeway Inn is excellent! Affordable, clean, quiet. We arrived at around 11pm and the staff that greeted us during check in was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was a breeze. You can park right in front of your room which makes it easy for you to take your luggage out of your car and into your room easily. The room was great. It had a charming and cozy vibe. One thing that I will mention was that there was a bit of a “musty” smell and the carpets were a little stained but that just comes with the fact that this is an older Inn. Bed was comfy and clean, bathroom was clean, shower was updated and really nice. They had free continental breakfast with a limited selection of cereals and pastries. The staff at the breakfast were so nice and they were dressed really cute! Overall, fantastic stay at an unbeatable price! We will definitely be staying for 2 nights next time we come! Perfect option for when you come to visit colonial williamsburg or busch gardens (only an 11 minute drive to the park!) Thank you for a wonderful and cozy stay, Rodeway Inn!
