Price was good, very clean and a lot of amenities. Overall, we were very pleased. The only down side was not many cooking utensils, and the refrigerator was making noise.

Lack of wow factor for the family
Room made you feel at home. But the lack of being maintained , let you know it was pretty old ie shower drainage issues. The staff was outstanding, however, due to only having a two nights stay was required to renew my parking pass every day and the guest services didn’t come in until noon to get the pass. You were required to wear a wristband to use the pool and had to either make it large enough to remove and put back on every day or you would have to go to guest services to get a new wristband every day.

They only offer one parking pass by the unit you’re staying in but market the property towards families who actually may travel in more than one car. I saw other families with multiple cars park right next to one another however I was told I could not do the same. Only received one parking pass. There was a Huge whole in wall along steps leading to the unit and spider webs in corners of bedrooms near the ceiling. I could go on and on. Front desk needs interpersonal skills training. If you do not like working with the public then don’t work in the hospitality industry.

Everything was great . Pools were wonderful. They had all the games and equipment you need. I think they need to paint pickleball lines on the tennis court though

Spent a lot of time in park, so we didnt really get to take advantage of the hotels ammenities due to the hours of operation. Was just a little disappointing to look forward to the hot tub but not get back from the park in time to enjoy it

The property was landscaped and well cared for. Our 2 bdrm / 2 bath unit was immaculate. The unit was spacious and decorated nicely. This trip did not allow us time to enjoy the beautiful pool. The location was ideal for our trip to the graduation at William & Mary. I highly recommend the Colonies at Williamsburg.

Clean beautiful and quiet. Wonderful and polite staff. Accessible to nearby attractions restaurants and gorgeous scenery. The very best accommodations I have EVER experienced. The condo had everything you need. Large rooms lovely kitchen and dining area and a washer/dryer!! Wonderful for families!

So so
Overall thos resort is old and dated kinda dirty and unkept. The tv remote was missing upon check in and the maid staff never noticed. The one toilet ran constantly and the air conditioner was loud to the point even with my tv on i coukd hear it. We could hear the people above us not just walking but talking so the walls were definitely thin. Was bugged several times to take a time share tour even after telliing them we own at Massanutten. Overall not a great resort. I doubt id return
