The room linen was not properly checked for hairs. Found pubic hairs in the bed and towels. Linen was dingy and had cigar stains. Had to change rooms initially. These are all things that can be managed.

Not worth the expense
Nothing close to what the website states. Property needs much work. No staff was available in the evening. They actually had a sign up that stated to call over to Quality Inn for assistance and the nice lady was not able to help answer any questions. We had to close our bags tightly to prevent bringing home roaches. Thank goodness we only had to stay for one night and spent have of our evening and an event we came in the area specifically for.

I spent more than 20 days here, waiting for my rental house to be ready, the front desk and the manager is really great and helpful. Definitely recommend, 5 stars.

Did not have a good first night at this location but the Morning desk clerk was very willing to help me change rooms later in the day. Our second night was much better and I was able to get some much needed sleep. Not impressed with the breakfast compared to other locations/motels that I have stayed.

10 out of 10, Do not recommend. Stay away.
My stay was horrible. My family and i got to the hotel at btwn 1-1:30am Sunday morning. The guy in the front was very pleasant. The rooms was another story. A roach greated us as we enter the room. The smell was another. My sisters the clean freak get to cleaning the room. There was roach in the ice tray, i open the cabinet door to where the refrigerator and microwave wave is and roaches where running everywhere. There were food on the curtains. The floor look like it hasn't been mop in months, there were dry food on the floor. The bed sheets looked old with a lot of satins. This teaches me " NEXT TIME BRING SHEETS FROM HOME". I had to go downstairs to the receptionist to ask for airfreshner. The guy gave me a bottle of fabreeze, which i use to spary the carpet and curtains. This only keep the smell away for a couple of hours. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children with healt conditions.

First day i got double charged and our requested jacuzzi tub didnt work. The General manager has a serious attitude problem towards customers. He walked away from customers problems and said General management don't work weekends and left. They changed my room the next day and the jacuzzi tub worked, but one of the jets popped out and hit me in the back. The manager April returned my money and she made the stay pleasant with her kind acts.
