Awful
Awful, mold , bathroom flooded and water run in the main room. Hole around smoke alarm could see electrical wires. Dury manager put in a complaint and she spoke to her manager that agreed i would have full refund but haven't received a email to confirm this yet. Duty manager took photos and sent to her manager.

The. Mattress was springs bulging into my back when tools reception I was told they would put a topper on the mattress when we arrived in the evening it hadn’t been done Went to reception again they gave me a quilt so I put it under the sheet and breakfast was poor and mostly empty dishes

Everything first class
I've been in several hotels, of late - everyone has had a niggle of some sort - but everything here was first class from drawing the curtains to the freshly cooked breakfast. It made such a change.
