This hotel is in a great, safe location. The front desk staff is knowñegebañe and friendly. Parking is separate from hotel costs but safe and the staff is very diligent. One notable drawback is the bistro. It was understaffed and the food was overpriced. Do not eat there. Waste of time and money.

This hotel was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. And it was located within walking distance to the Whitehouse and other historical sites. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The food at the Bistro was good but it was very expensive.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a nice view of city. Street it's on is quiet and quaint. Within walking distance to lots of good food and entertainment.

Pros: Good location; close to restaurants and Metro Station. Brian and Valerie were very friendly and helpful. Cons: Bistro was really more of a snack bar. Limited menu for food and very limited for cocktails. Bar staff not really bartenders-had to look at the menu to see how to make the drinks. One night bar wasn't open and two other nights it closed early. One paper coffee cup in the room. No cups for use in the bathroom. Air conditioner fan was quite loud when it cycled. No dressers in the rooms, just plenty of hangers on fancy hooks on the wall. Had the reservations for months. Two rooms. When we arrived the rooms were on different floors. Who does that? I did not request adjoining rooms. Thought that would be obvious. Good place for one night, but would not be ideal for extended stay.

Overall, my stay was positive. The location was excellent; the service was great, too. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing in the room—I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.
