very affordable for families with 1-2 kids who want separate bedrooms. roof top pool is beautiful and clean, with views of the capitol and views of regan airport. its situated in the middle of the wharf with dozens of restaurants with many different cuisines. the hotel provides free continental breakfast with eggs, protein and hash browns that are freshly made and refreshed quickly. cereal and breads and fruits are also provided with various juices and starbucks coffee are all free. the rooms are very spacious and some rooms come with kitchens and mini fridge. beds are very comfortable and plush. bathroom comes with basic amenities including quality shampoo conditioner and hairdryer. the staff are very friendly and very helpful. i would highly recommend staying here.

Hayat House is situated in a vibrant marina area, surrounded by a variety of dining options and well-lit sidewalks, making it a fantastic location for leisurely walks and exploring nearby cafes and restaurants. While the hotel could benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness, our experience was still enjoyable.
