It’s a very modern approach. It was almost too sterile feeling. Stark white top to bottom and stiff. In order to achieve the minimalist look they lacked basic things in a hotel. There was no dresser or drawers of any kind to unpack in. There are a few hangers though. Not much counter space so you have to pack everything up every time you get ready. Shower has terrible pressure and water is luke warm. It was clean though. Nice hotel. Bar was good, restaurant part not so much. Service wasn’t great, food just ok and small portions. We like a more comfy stay so it wasn’t our style but could see how it appeals to the younger, minimalist crowd.

This was my first time at Yotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms had adjustable beds, neat lighting and a sleek overall look. There were no fridges or shower exhaust fans (foggy!) and we wished the restaurant had better hours. Thankfully there are a few good food options within walking distance. Parking was attached to the hotel and there was free coffee!

It wasn’t bad. Clean, staff available when needed. Water pressure wasn’t great. Couldn’t use the pool due to limited hours.

The room was very small, but clean and inviting. The bed was an adjustable bed and when fully extended there was very limited room to move around it. I did not like that there was no privacy to undress or dress before or after taking a shower, and when you got out of the shower the room was cold and that made it a little uncomfortable.

They overbooked rooms and I got a crappy view room for the whole 7 days. They comped 70 bucks out of the 2300 I paid. Did not even try to move me to a view room once one was cleaned. There are no microwaves. The room had a musty smell and the floor stayed wet by the thermostat. They kept 400 towards my bill for the restaurant and pool that closed at 8 pm btw. Next time I'll try Hyatt across the street.

Our stay at YOTEL was great! We arrived late so we were automatically upgraded to the room with a “view”. As others say on there, the view is not really a view and I likely wouldn’t have paid extra for it, but am happy we got a free upgrade!! Room was large, can’t talk on the “premium “ room as that is actually their standard room. But the room with a view was very nicely sized and comfortable! Roof top pool was a nice touch but a lot of people, but that is to be expected.
