We we intown for a burial at Arlington, so a quick trip but Sheraton was an amazing place to stay. Close to everything we could walk to once we got there. Rooms very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was nice, and the staff were courteous; but we booked a room for 4, and they gave us 2 towels, 2 pillows, and one blanket. When we asked for more, they told us they were doing laundry and didn’t have more.

The elevator was broken room was average parking garage was a nite mare 30 minutes to get out had to have the supervisor come open gate for the people in line after many calls to hotel I finally left and walked back to hotel To get help We ate in restaurant food was delicious Staff didn’t really say anything

Air conditioner did not cool room down, one of the 2 elevators were broken so everyone had to use 1 functioning elevator. Also the elevator that goes down to the parking garage was down one day. I am a lifetime gold Marriott member I will be changing to Hilton, I was in town for sons wedding and we could not get cooled down coming back to the hotel.

I have been living in this area for many years. I used to bring colleagues to the Sheraton for breakfast and stay there on occasion. It is in a superb location right across from my offices. The major downturn in the property is a horrible "IKEA" remodel. Sheraton is not alone...I now tend to stay in Airbnbs as they have some charm and personality. Most of the hotel remodels today are very bland and utilitarian in design...this is across the country.
