Disappointed the pool was packed late Saturday afternoon with a birthday party. Our kids didnt want to swim so many kids in there. Cant the pool birthday parties be earlier like 1 to 3, so those staying can enjoy the pool?

Hotel was very busy with multiple birthday parties. Found spilled food and vomit in the elevator late at nightā€¦. Asked for extra towels at the front desk and told there were none. Had to find a housekeeper to give 2 towels. Couch in room quite worn. Breakfast room chairs also need replaced, quite worn. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Pool area is nice but all towels gone assuming from the multiple parties.

Nice place to stay. We had trouble with our wifi both days of our stay. NICOLE went out of her way several times during and after our stay to make things right. I cannot say enough good things about her. Her demeanor and attitude to help take care of us went beyond expectations. She is a fantastic asset to your company. WE would definetly stay again
