The day we arrived was the first day of the convention. We could not check in until 4:00 p.m. This was okay except when 4:00 p.m. arrived there was a line of 25 to 30 people waiting to be be accommodated. There was one person on the registration desk and consequently took about 45 to 50 minutes to be served. There should have been more help. The hotel has three elevators but during our three day stay there were several occasions when only one or two were operating. This caused long delays.

Centrally located and walkable, clean, friendly - coffee and ice water available all day Hotel has a bit of wear and tear, but is still comfortable. The restaurant/bar are undergoing repairs and are currently closed.

Though we had VIP access it was a struggle to get just one hour late check out. The hotel staff was not willing to accommodate and only offered 30 min. Which made our morning stressful and we had to sit out in the heat an extra hour before the swim meet started.

Our stay at Coast was very nice, clean, quiet, close to the downtown. Easy to park. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. More choices at breakfast would be nice.
