Good - Staff was great. The bed was better than expected. Site is close to everything. Water pressure was great. Room was nice. Bad - Shower barely drains, you're in a foot of water in minutes. Pool closed. They wanted an extra $50 for a 1 hour early check in.

We were told we needed a ticket for the breakfast so when we asked we were told rudely that they weren't going to give us one, instead of just saying that we didn't need one. The bathroom had hair stuck to the outside of the tub.

My only complaint about the hotel was the train tracks running right beside the building. We had trains waking us up all night. Otherwise the hotel was wonderful. Staff was great, room was clean, and spacious. Breakfast was also pretty good for a hotel breakfast.

It was very easy to find and access from the main road. The parking was plenty and easy accessible. The breakfast buffet was very generous with lots of selections! The breakfast hours were reasonable. The staff was courteous, friendly and informative. The checkout was very simple.

I cannot actually comment on this hotel other than that we waited 30 minutes to check in with no staff present (others were waiting in the lobby to check-in as well). We tried to call them with no answer. After 30 minutes we left because it was late and had a child to get to sleep. I did reach out to both Red Lion and Hotels.com that same evening and was told by both that there would be no charge and if there was it would be refunded. However, Red Lion charged us even after representatives from both Red Lion and Hotels.com said we would not be charged/would be refunded; are a lion stated they consider us a no-show because we did not check in (impossible without staff present). I’m incredibly dissatisfied in both organizations and would not recommend either at this point.
