The hotel was nice. There were good food options on site. The staff was average. The area is not great. We went to see the historic west end and the JFK sights. Other than that, I found very little of interest to do. Some of the streets around the hotel felt quite unsafe

Well another Concert Night for us... We have always dreamed of staying at the Prestigious Omni on Lamar St. in Dallas Tx. We have stayed all around it, but just thought the prices would be too much... We looked and booked. It is a beautiful property and you will not be disappointed. We loved it.... parking a little hard to get to and then get in and out, but these older folks got it so you can to. definitely a bucket list checked...

First time staying at the Dallas location and I loved it! I was attending a concert and checked in for a short staycation. I booked this hotel because its so close to everything i wanted to see, do, and the Maxwell concert. I ordered room service, food didn't seem as fresh as i would expect, seemed more like fast food quality. The housekeepers also need to do a better job of cleaning these showers, and that includes ALL hotels. No matter where I go I find hair all over the floor tiles, so I always bring my own cleaning supplies, yuck. Parking in the garage was easy and they have security. Overall I loved my stay and will definitely be back.

The front desk staff Phillip was so hospitable and pleasant. The property is nice, easy ride share access at the valet area. We ordered room service and the food was good. Room was clean and a nice size, we had a beautiful view as well. Staff were helpful and accommodating.
