Staff was accommodating, allowed for early check in, close to the airport, excellent breakfast, omelette station was our favorite, included in our stay as well as 2 complementary drinks at happy hour. A free shuttle to/from downtown area for shopping, The pool area was a little dated but other then that was a good time and will stay again.

We stay at the Embassy Suites for the weekend. Our room was on the 13th Floor, and a family reunion in multiple rooms surrounded us. Doors slammed, folks yelling and rowdy until 2 am. Yikes. The room was ok, but the sinks would fill up and slow to drain. The pool and surrounding area need a refresh. Overall, the stay was decent but I would choose a different hotel next time in West Palm.
