Good location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Adjoining room made it a bit noisy at times. Good property decorated in a theme for the area. Staff were good.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kelly Inn. Hotel was quiet, clean & the staff at check in were super friendly & helpful. The breakfast was hot & selection was good. The rooms were spacious & beds were comfortable. My only complaint is the parking for the Grizzly building. Limited spots & you have to walk clear around the property to get a spot & very inconvenient especially late & in the rain. I would stay here again!

The price of the room was extravagant compared to what you got. I know it is right outside of West Yellowstone and that’s probably the reason, but it was not worth the money. The room was clean, but there was no closet no dresser just a basic bed and a bathroom, not even a bath Tub. The breakfast was also very basic and the coffee was not very good. The only thing good about it was the cleanliness.

Rooms were decent, but expensive since the property is close to Yellowstone west entrance. Breakfast was also good, had decent options. It was hard for us to find parking in front of the building each night, had to park far away near some other building and way to the Grizzly building. That was an inconvenience after long tiring days at the Yellowstone.

There was no parking even close to our building. We had to park on the back side of the first building and carry all of our things around one building, across the street, and over to the other building. Vending machines didn’t work in our building and we had to walk over to the other building just to get something to drink from the machine

Stayed 2 nights. Check in/out was great. Room was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. But the staffs were a kind of weird. They are ignoring my family and myself. No smile no eye-contact no talk. When I said ‘hi’ no reply. When I said ‘good morning’ no reply. Even one staff closed the elevator door when my family was trying to get in.
