Very large hotel but somewhat dated. There is only one elevator that was far from the front desk at the north end and far from our room at the south end. This required me to pull a fully loaded luggage cart quite a distance from the front entrance. The luggage carts are only by the front desk and one of them had a damaged tire that was not apparent until after I loaded it.

The staff were very nice and helpful. This was my first time staying in the area. They gave me landmarks to look for at turns when traveling to stores. Having the landmarks was a great help even when using GPS. We were having a meeting there. Everything was set up and ready in our meeting rooms when we arrived.

I liked it , it was comfortable & nice the only thing I didn’t like was the microwave didn’t work, water was coming off around the faucet every time you turned it on. Other than that I slept well .
