The facility looks good but has many flaws that need to be addressed. The building ownership and management company need to decide if they want to invest in this property or just bleed the cash from it and abandon it when maintenance issues become to great.

I enjoyed the ability to walk my dog. She’s a service dog and needs a lot of room. The staff was very nice and friendly, and I really did appreciate the continental breakfast.

First room smelled and toilet overflowed, got moved to second room which was much better. Workout room: At least half of the machines not working. I received a call at 12:40 in the morning which woke me up from some woman from the hotel asking me what room I was in! The front desk workers were great. I received my receipt for 152.56. My account was charged 198.99 from you guys.

The hotel is dirty and in need of some serious maintenance. We had NO HOT WATER! When we were checking out everyone was asking for the manager for the same reason! I wouldn’t ever stay there again. The staff though friendly, helpful, and tried to handle the horrible situation with grace.

The restroom in our room was not clean. The gentlemen at the service desk announced at 8:55 that customers would need to pick up there breakfast plates and eat somewhere else as breakfast closed at 9. Undstanding food items would be put away, but rushing people that have already sat was rude.

We liked the clean grounds and the room was fine. We stayed 3 nights and not once was there "hot breakfast" and no coffee. We choose a hotel that has breakfast and were disappointed in the lack of that amenity. Not sure we will return.
