OK but could be better
Quite comfortable, but let down by quality of inclusions and unwanted ‘residents’.
Possums live in the ceiling space above the master bedroom ensuite. They make a racket leaving at dusk and returning around 5am. I would suggest they are climbing up the waste water stack from under the unit.
All the utensils and fixtures in the kitchen are of the cheapest quality, as are things like the ironing board and iron which has a cord so short that you can hardly get it to a power point. Basic items such as aluminium foil, cling wrap and baking paper would be helpful.
Most toilet seats are loose and grubby at the fixture. Guests need to be aware that the cockatoos can open the fly screen on the upper balcony as there is no latch.
