The room had no working electricity throughout the unit and we had to use our phones as flashlights at night … since we got there late we just wanted to go to sleep so we didn’t even say anything to the front desk. In the morning we just opened all the curtains so we were fine. Other than that it was great!

Pretty good value for the money
We just needed the room for the night to rest on our way from Florida. The rooms were pretty clean but not immaculately. The furniture was VERY dated. Table was very marred on the top. Couch and chair fabric was then worn and overall dirty looking. There was a dishwasher but no soap to use in it. The bathrooms were clean though, and the beds were very comfortable!!

No available pool or gym towels, no detergent for dishwasher, shower gel in room was empty. Only 1 wash clothe provided for room reserved for 5 people. Several little things added up that would have made the stay better. Probably won’t stay here again.

The property was not clean. We had a roach crawling on the wall, mold in the shower ceiling, and the carpet was ripped up in the living area.

Terrible place. Don’t bother staying here. Room was not very clean. We had no towels. Black hair in bathroom. The hotel floors were filthy. Probably not vacuumed in days. Each floor had piles of garbage outside the elevator doors by the garbage cans. Then they hit you with a surprise $18.00 parking fee

Convenient location & breakfast was with a good variety. However, there was no juice machine both mornings. Desk was understaffed. Long line to check in and when we went to leave, no one was at the desk for over 10 minutes. We finally just left. I wanted to inform them that one of our three suites had a nonstop dripping shower. Pool was closed the first evening. No towels were available at the pool the next evening. (We had seven grandkids wanting to swim both days.) Eventually a man brought out a small stack of towels that we shared with another family.

Bugs in the room crawling around this morning when i woke up (3), pool closed, dirty stained tub, no hand soap in bathroom sink area. Staff kept answering phone and talking to phone customers while i waited in line 15 minutes to check in. I'm here... WAIT ON ME!!!
