Willow Valley Ranch - A place for you to get away

A place for you to get away with your family and friends to relax and unwind. Located half way between Omaha and Sioux City, Willow Valley Ranch is close to home but still a completely different world. Enjoy the amazing views, the quiet setting and the abundant wildlife that lives in the area. Relax by the fire on the patio, enjoy a soak in the hot tub or enjoy the view from the deck. Take a walk or bike ride on one of several trails on the property. On rainy days or after dark, enjoy playing in the new indoor game room.
The house is situated on over 7 acres of land and you get it all to yourself. There are trails for walking or biking, a large lawn area for outdoor games and activities. A large wildflower garden to walk through. A fish pond with a variety of fish to feed. The patio and fire pit area is a great place to gather in the evening to relax and enjoy looking up at the night sky. There are no street lamps or light pollution out here. When the sun goes down it gets really dark outside.
The house will sleep 8-10 people depending on how many children are in your group. It will comfortably sleep 7-8 adults. There are two bathrooms, both with tub and shower, three bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room and sun room.
We are dog friendly so we encourage you to bring your dog(s) along. The backyard is completely fenced and the deck also has gates that can be closed. Your dog(s) will have the time of their lives running around exploring the property. Its like a giant dog park only better.
Indoor, climate controlled game room featuring ping pong table, air hockey table, darts and much more.
Located minutes from Summit Lake State Rec Area. Summit Lake State Recreation Area is a 190-acre lake, surrounded by 345 acres of land. The area offers fishing, hiking, hunting, swimming and camping, among other activities. A park entry permit is required and may be purchased at the park or statewide Game and Parks offices and permit vendors or in advance of your arrival online.

Incredible Stay!
We loved our family holiday weekend at Willow Valley Ranch! The house was clean and very nice. We really enjoyed the game room and closed each evening with the hot tub and fire pit. We also loved the quiet serene countryside! Tim, our host, was very quick to reply anytime I messaged him with a question. We definitely want a return visit to the ranch!

Perfect escape…with PLENTY to do!
This was perfect for our daughters 14th birthday weekend! The property was AMAZING. The game room was fantastic. Ping pong, foosball, board games, archery, bocce set, game balls for every sport…the list goes on and on. We used the hot tub every night, and also used the fire pit to make s’mores. And I enjoyed my coffee in the sunroom each morning while watching the birds. The house was very clean, and everything was provided that we could have possibly needed. (And more!) The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the process very smooth. We have rented VRBO’s for several years…for occasions like this, but this was one of our favorites. We would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Secluded Ranch
We had a great time at this cozy ranch. It has so much to do and we didn't want to leave. All the amenities such as the hot tub, outdoor games/activities, fireplace, and play areas were just perfect for our family. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Even though we had chilly weather, we were entertained and loved it. Looking forward to another stay in warmer weather so we can really take advantage of this great property.

Paradise in Tekamah
This property is amazing and so beautiful. It's a little piece of paradise in Tekamah. This was our 2nd stay and the 2nd of many we hope in the future. It has so many things and for kids so many things to do from riding bikes, playing in the games room or going on a scavenger hunt. Can't wait until we can return. Tim's place is the perfect way to unwind and get away from it all. The house is spacious, clean, and well decorated. The hot tub is relaxing, private, and offers a great view. The game room is well-stocked. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to slow down and have a relaxing weekend in!

This place is a perfect get away to connect with nature and family such a relaxed beautiful setting and very clean and updated. And wonderful place for dogs. Beautiful, comfortable, secluded, and FUN getaway
Willow Valley Ranch was the perfect spot for our Chicago and Denver families to meet up, relax, and spend time together! Our favorite features were the game room, the hot tub, the fire pit, and the sunroom. Cousins did a ton of playing in the game room, on the lawn, and around the property. Adults had plenty of space to sit and chat, read, and relax. We hope to return next year!

We needed to be close to Lyons Nebraska for my Dad's memorial service and were able to get back and forth easy had plenty of space (even was able to host some family at the house on Sunday with plenty of seating and room for all) everything was clean and loved the fact that they had so many things and amenities available for us to use! Wonderful entertaining property!
What an awesome place to get away with friends and family. There are so many activities we ran out of time to do them all. The owners have thought of everything! All you need is clothes and food! My golden doodle had as much fun as us girls did! We will definitely be back!
