I had reserved a non-smoking room with two beds for my stay. Upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $16 because the assigned room was pet-friendly. When I explained that I did not have any pets, the staff member insisted that I either pay the $16 pet fee or an additional $30 to change rooms. She then advised me to dispute the charge with the third-party booking platform, Expedia. Unfortunately, the room itself was in extremely poor condition. It was covered in dust, and we encountered several roaches. I documented the issues with photos and videos, which I plan to share with Expedia in the next day or two. I find it unacceptable that Expedia charged me approximately $85, and the hotel added an additional $16 for such substandard accommodations. I will be reaching out to customer support to request a refund, as this experience completely ruined my trip.

Room key had to be rekeyed 3 times. Could not get a 1st floor room as stairs are hard to navigate. Tv had 3 remote controls all with different functions. Water would not shut off in the tub, sink would not drain. Worst of all this i had roaches in my room until they came to spray. Manager gave me a one night credit. Still didn't make up for all the issues

This place was absolutely filthy. I walked in at 230p asking if I could check in a little early and this lady had the nerve to try to charge me an early check in fee. The lobby was dirty and there was a door to the back room that showed an area where the carpets were completely ripped. Eventually I got into the room and it was DISGUSTING. It stank of roach spray and there were literal hand sized stains all over the bed. The lady at the counter acted surprised and I showed her the video and she tried to say it hadn't been changed. Those stains were NOT new.

Expedia shows the hotel as having checkout time at noon, but we had staff knocking on our door every ten minutes starting at 10:30. at 5 after, someone came and basically told us to get out. that was really our only issue though. overall at was a very nice place

Very economical cost. Not 15 minutes from downtown. Room was clean and cozy. Staff was friendly. Hotel needs a little upgrade. Area was a little dark at night. But otherwise I was satisfied.
