Great but bummed that the weather wasn’t up to par and that the indoor waterpark was being worked on and we couldn’t even do mini golf or some of the arcade because of construction so we left the resort and spent our money elsewhere :(

The hotel room was falling apart. The tub would not drain. No support from maintenance to fix it. Fire alarms went off. The arcade area was dirty and not well kept. The pools were nice, but very noisy, since close to the main roads. I would not recommend staying here. Take the day passes to enjoy the park.

Room was bare minimum, property was dated. It was not what I was expecting. We did not have a place to hang clothes or a dresser. Shelves under the TV were provided. I would not recommend. We were on the 2nd floor and had to lug our suitcases upstairs, there was no elevator. That information was not provided.

I drove 9 hours to come here. While the park is decent the hotel rooms and staff were not.. the rooms stink and the hallways. No drawers or housekeepers no matter how long you stay. I couldn’t get extra towels. I paid for late check out and was locked out my room.. I will not drive that far again to be treated that way.

Room had bugs behind the beds counter was sticky paid for late check out at 1pm instead of checking out at 10am and they locked me out of my room then took forever to let me back to hopefully be out by check out time to not get recharged the lady who came to open the door was extremely rude

Para ser un lugar tan grande y concurrido, obviamente no es un problema de presupuesto, simplemente no re-invierten el dinero en el mantenimiento de sus instalaciones. La habitación, para suponer que va a servir para una familia de 5, no solo es muy pequeña (y se ve antigua), que la cabecera de la cama (cama de metal) esté pintada, personalmente me dice mucho. Tres estrellas solo por la atención de su personal.

The rooms are old and out dated. The beds were so uncomfortable, springs popping out. The floors were dirty, the doors rattled any time anyone opened theirs. The water at the waterpark was FREEZING! The amenities were lacking! NEVER AGAIN!
