One night stay, check in and welcome was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. However, the fridge was room temperature, nothing inside was remotely chilled, and the shaving mirror in the bathroom was loose and could only be used if you held it up. Reported this, told that all the fridges were this temperature, so no point in having them? Told someone would come and check it and fix the mirror but no one did. Light switches by the bed didn’t work, reported this as we left. Would still stay again as hope we were just unlucky with our room. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel and rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Staff are friendly and food, although expensive is delicious and professionally prepared and presented. Will stay again for sure!
