Great Stay
The staff was wonderful. I was able to book a wakeup call and taxi to the airport when I checked in for the next morning. Taxi was waiting for me when I arrived downstairs. Was only a few minute drive to the airport. The bus from the airport drops you off across the street from Hyatt Place. The bed was super comfortable, shower had great pressure and nice big towels, coffee and tea in the room. They do not have US plug adapters but do have USB. Uber Eats is not allowed to enter the hotel so if you order you have to meet them outside. I did try the restaurant and while I didnt enjoy the onion soup or sourdough appetizer, others might. The sourdough had a very smokey taste. I did enjoy the hot tea and pistachio ice cream. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and its easy to commute to and from the airport.

The room was very cold. A member of staff came up to check it and turned the heating up high, but it took hours to heat up a tiny bit. I was offered another room but that was equally cold so I stayed in the first room. I was given a free standing heater. The phone didn't work so I ended up going down to reception about 5 times. A member of staff was obviously unaware that I stayed in the original room and walked in on me while I was in the bathroom. I was offered a glass of wine or complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience, but it was too late for wine as I was about to go to bed. Also, I paid a little extra for a runway view. Turns out there was a building on the other side of the road which completely obscured the runway.... Overall, a disappointing stay.

Terrible! No WiFi. Requested few time for help but no result. Had to visit main counter three times as phone line dead. After few requests, they change the room with no phone. Left hotel in the evening in disgust! Never expected from Hayyat 😫

Excellent customer service. Ease of check in which was wonderful to have as I arrived late at night. Very helpful and accommodating staff, were open to adapting services to suit my specific needs. Transportation to and fro airport easy, although no complimentary shuttle which would definitely set them apart from competitors. Overall really impressed and would come back.
