Inside, a smart TV graces the spacious lounge area, complemented by mounted TVs in the bedrooms. The open-plan layout features a large air-conditioned lounge and dining area with abundant space for your family. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Thermomix, Aldi Coffee Pod Machine, and various other appliances, along with a washing machine/dryer and iron/board. Complimentary soaps, hand wash, shampoo/conditioner, and a hair dryer add to the convenience. The dining table comfortably seats 8, with a highchair available for use.

Portacot and sheets can be provided upon request (subject to availability), eliminating the need to bring additional items for a comfortable stay.

With four charming bedrooms (three with queen beds and the fourth with two single beds) and three spacious bathrooms, including an en-suite with dual shower heads and double basins, the professionally laundered linen and towels contribute to a luxurious experience.

For longer term stays beyond one month (4 weeks) if there is excessive electricity use, a claim will be made through VRBO/Stayz for reimbursement for user usage for the time of staying at property.

We will deem what is claimable and excessive for the term of the stay.
