In the process of remodeling so somewhat dirty, understandable. Our room was mostly clean but a wad of hair under the cabinet Noted curtains were not long enough and there were about 4 inches of uncovered window Also a leak in the sink drain, which didn’t bother me but having it been just remodeled they would want the contractor to come back and fix. Coffee pot did not work but there was coffee available in the lobby.

Construction, should not have rented out this room, phone did not work, I used my cell phone to call front desk, coffee maker in room did not work. Hall way was full of construction items and workers, this whole area should have been closed down.

Good overnight stop on 80
Hotel is being renovated so some areas are blocked off but the areas for guests are all accessible, clean, comfortable, and there were no noise issues. Breakfast was good although they could work on giving more thought to being environmentally friendly.

Mediocre Best Western
Checking in went well. Friendly desk attendant and helpful with questions. Room was clean and bed comfortable! However, our room was quite musty and smelled of wet dog or damp basement and even if it says “no smoking” it still smelled like stale cigarettes. Could use better air purifying or air fresheners for sure. AC unit worked alright. Air vent in bathroom caked with dust. Bathroom was clean but outdated and looks like it needs to be remodeled badly. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options and was typical fare, and I appreciated the variety of coffee add-ins (creamers, syrups) available. Hotel was also under renovation when we checked in and I believe this is why the hotel seemed to have no working AC in the main public areas and halls. With the Best Western brand, we had expected a bit better so it was a little disappointing overall.
