When we tried to check in on 7/17 around 1am, there was no one at the front desk for at least an hour even though we called earlier to confirm we would arrive late. After she showed up to the desk she was clearly on drugs and couldn’t even stand up straight. We waited so long and this was poor customer service. She said she was sleeping and didn’t feel well. She was Slouching over the computer while trying to type my name in the computer multiple times to check in. She was barely responding to me and it took a long time to get us checked in. This woman was clearly on opiates. It was extremely disappointing and I immediately did not feel safe being at this hotel. I was extremely tired after driving all night and at this point I was ready to find a new hotel. The ac in the hotel was very loud and irritating. I am very disappointed in my stay and would like a refund asap.

The pool was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice location, Big Boys on one side, gas station on the other. Pretty quiet. Only thing that felt unsafe was some random homeless guy that was allowed in the front lobby to use the computer meant for guests. We saw him when checking out aroynd 4 AM to catch an early flight.
