Not quite London's West End, Brisbane's version does however back onto the cultural precinct at South Brisbane. Boundary Street has great bars & restaurants and the exceptional Avid Reader bookshop, Davies Park hosts a weekly market with fresh food, cooked food, clothes, jewellery and more by the river. Parkland along the river provides a lovely space for walking or cycling.
