Perth's seafaring stories come roaring back to life at the WA Maritime Museum, while the Round House in Fremantle offers a glimpse into pioneer life in the 19th-century Swan River Colony. Western Australia's mining history lives on in the 19th-century Perth Mint, which still manufactures specialty coins for eager collectors worldwide.
