Zephyr Cove Resort and Beach sits on National Forest Land in South Tahoe on the Nevada side of the lake. The Reno–Tahoe airport is a 40-mile (65-kilometer) drive away, and there are public transport options to the airport and other Lake Tahoe destinations.
