This motel reminds me of the early 80's, even so, it was immaculate. For the price it was great value. I would recommend this property.

Nice and close to the beach and a cafe with great food and drinks, friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, and the shower had awesome water pressure. Loved staying here for our first time in Agnes Water. Such a great spot and our room got serviced daily. We definitely recommend staying here.

The Managers are having trouble getting the cleaning staff to do their jobs properly. When we checked into our room, we found the kitchenette bin hadn't been emptied from the last guests! It was full of smelly rubbish - and had been there a couple of days! The Manager was very apologetic and fixed it up immediately. But the place needs a good tidy up and general maintenance - gardens are a mess. We had two cockroaches in the bathroom, so clearly pest control isn't being kept up! A shame because the location is amazing.
