⫸This 2 bedroom unit situated right on the main street with one of Airlie Beach's favourite cafe on site, opened for breakfast and lunch you will not be disappointed.
⫸Super close restaurants, shops, bars, nite clubs, and the Airlie Beach markets there is no need for a car.
⫸ There is no parking on site however you can drop your bags off and you will find paid parking across the road at the lagoon and limited free parking on the hill, to the left.
⫸This spacious unit sleeps up to 4 guests, with 2X Queen bed .
⫸Enjoy the communal top deck to chill and relax, while over looking Airlie Beach Main Street.
⫸We supply a complimentary starter kit, comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper 2 rolls, salt and pepper, just to make your stay even easier.
⫸Our reception office is open from 9am till 5pm 7 days a week.
⫸The Port of Airlie Marina is only 5-10 min walk, that’s also where the interstate bus terminal is located, and only 5min walk to the Coral Sea Marina, where most of the day trips for the islands Depart from.

The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 4 guests allowed on this property.
NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties.
PARKING: street park only.
GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish to be littered on property or deck.
PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.
TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
