Unkempt grounds, rust stain running down the shower wall, but the worst was the seemingly incompetent overnight staff that issued a key card to out already occupied room. Someone walked in on my wife and kids. We had trouble with the key cards daily.

Love this hotel, love the friendly staff and hot breakfast every morning. Very convenient location for food and shopping, even sight seeing. I definitely recommend staying here.
