Stay was OK, hotel decor is dated and there was a smell in the corridors. Not a bad smell per se, just a smell. The complimentary breakfast was scarce and it wasn’t hot. Disappointing.

This hotel is very large. Our room was a long ways from the front desk. The area seemed a little unsafe. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast at the hotel.

Parking is a little confusing, and we hit the buffet as things were dwindling out but otherwise the hotel is well maintained, clean, staff are friendly and helpful, beds were very comfy :)

It was good in the room. Price was right. Breakfast was better than the price would reflect normally. But the parking is terrible. And the room was a distance from the main entrance. A bit of a maze Like a big hospital. The floors are wood so you hear everyone walking.

The floor definitely wasn’t vacuumed. There was crushed potato chips on the floor when we arrived. I also felt the bed linens wasn’t fresh and there was a musky odour on the pillows. I realize this is an old hotel but such things as vacuuming and clean beds and pillows should be essential.

Needs some upgrades.
The staff is very friendly. I was looking for hot water and the staff helped me to fill my water bottle. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The only reason I give score 3 is because the hotel is old and needs some upgrades. There is wood floor squeezing noise when upstair people were walking. I can hear people talking from downstair lobby. So I had a bad sleep during my stay. Otherwise the hotel should be quiet since it's on a smaller street and away from the highway like some of the other hotels in town. The breakfirst was pretty good.
