For the amount of money $400 + the room should have been nicer. A/C was not fast, room had a musty smell till the A/C was on for awhile, and for a king size bed the room was small. Had to ask twice for the room to be cleaned.

The room didn’t have soap and conditioner. The staff wasn’t friendly all the time. I asked the bartender if they were still serving food and he snapped at me.

There’s a lot to like here. Rooms are very clean and crisp. We valeted our truck without any issues. Staff were professional and friendly. Our only issue was that in a king bed handicapped accessible room, we had to move the furniture to have any chance of getting the wheelchair into the room. The handicapped bathroom was fully accessible for the chair. Other than this one flaw, it was a good stay in town after a concert.

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean. Building is older and showing some signs of wear and tear around the rooms, but still good. Not the quality I would expect at this price point, but it's central Boston.

The location is very convenient and easy to walk around, the room was ok, small but comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and can use some updating.

Hotel is in a great central location if you want to be in Back Bay/downtown area. Nice lobby bar with great cocktails, friendly staff. Only negative for me was a musty smell when getting off the elevator on my floor.

Beautiful hotel. Front desk staff are exceptional. Housekeeper was wonderful. Our only complaint was the service in the lobby restaurant was so-so - slow and a couple of servers had some attitude. Would still recommend.

Hotel was really nice and they have done a great job modernizing it. Beware, if you need a bathroom that can fit more than one person in it at a time then this hotel is not for you. Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom either. Also, really like how they utilized a QR code to reach hotel staff for things like additional towels.

Skip the Wicked Small Queen
I understand small downtown hotel rooms, but this room was tiny. The shower curtain touched me the entire shower, because the shower is too small. I booked this hotel because it was close to Boston Common and a Hilton. Both good choices. This was the only room type available when I booked, poor choice. If this is your only option, think twice. Otherwise great location, restaurants, overall service.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean. However, fridge in room didn’t work, rooms not very sound proof, bathroom/room was quite small. Hotel did feel very safe, with room keys required to access floors beyond the lobby.
