Smallest room- smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. Shower was so small the curtain stuck to my leg the whole shower- no room even to turn around. The water pressure from the rain shower head was barely a sprinkle. Not at all what I expect from a Hilton. Will never stay there again!

Not up to Hilton standards. Bathroom was very small and there wasn’t enough space to put toiletries. There was a knock on the door at 8am for room cleaning. It’s annoying to wake up guests.

Room allocated was not cleaned properly with previous guest toothpaste marks around the sink. Safe did not work( this was fixed an hour later. Air conditioning unit did not switch off so an engineer had to be called to switch it off permanently meaning no air con if I needed it later in my stay. Restaurant staff rude.

I really loved the kindness and professionalism from every staff member I encountered, their smiles and greetings really make the stay enjoyable. The location was great as the train station was nearby as well as subway. I chose it because we were going to TD Garden that evening. The food was delicious, we had both the hot and cold breakfast buffet. We stayed in the two double beds ADA room and it was lovely and spacious. HOWEVER my mother (who needed the room because of her injured knee) and my sister both said the shower floor was slippery which is ironic considering it’s meant to be extra safe. Also the pillows were all lumpy, wish I had noticed before I went to lay down for bed so I could’ve asked for newer ones. Overall I loved my stay and would choose the location again!

Staff was very friendly and the property is in a nice area. The room was dirty (trash not emptied) and had musty feel and there were a lot of small insects flying around in the room.

It was in a great location, all the staff gave exceptional and friendly service and the breakfast was wonderful. Heidy in reception was especially helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Boston Park Plaza
Bathroom very small. Vanity sink not enough space. Shelf above not wide enough. No safety bar for tub/shower for senior person. On 11th floor and could still here traffic from street.
