Attached to a great gym. Very nice lobby area, close to most everything. Room was fine size and clean. Only minor complaint was bathrooms are extremely small, but maybe that's the case in Boston.

The location of the hotel is conveniently close to dining areas, shopping centers, and transportation but the parking and breakfast are not included. I had to pay 40 US dollars per night to park at the nearby garage, so disappointed at how expensive it is. The hotel staff was very kind to tell me where to find the parking exactly, giving me very descriptive directions.

Love this hotel! I stay here whenever I’m in Boston. Very convenient location - so you can walk anywhere in the city! Very close to the beautiful Boston Commons park. Lots of stores around here and food options.

Dirty Room but Some Good Service
The room was not clean upon arrival and had no working ac. A very nice engineer named Ned fixed it quickly, however. The room had leftover trash in night stand drawers, had not been dusted, and had dirty bathroom counters. Dusting and cleaning of bathrooms never happened. The bar staff was very nice. Room service dinner food was good, but was way overpriced with no real silverware or plates, just a bag with plastic and paper . Breakfast from room service was not good.

Absolutely absurd and improper interaction with security. We had paid for a late check out & we were harassed by the security person that opened our door. We reached out through the very nice housekeeping staff on our floor (15) since our key card was shut off at noon without our knowledge. I travel extensively & have stayed at many Hilton properties, also a Hilton Honors Member. This is my first experience where I felt unsafe & harassed, that too by someone who is supposed to provide safety on the premises? Please coach and train your personnel better- it’s a great property & they should do better. Called to file an incident report as instructed - this occurred 8/16/2024

The Hotel lobby was beautiful. The room I was not happy with. My main complaint is there was only one mirror and it was in the bathroom which had only one light and I couldn’t even see myself to get ready to go out. I had to go down to the lobby bathroom to do my makeup. The carpet was a little damp. For 300 a night don’t expect that. One our way in husband tip the porter in the front who only brought our bags about five feet and another came to grab our stuff to bring to the room. Which means another tip. Might not mean a lot to most people but I work hard and expected for what I paid.

This hotel is well situated in downtown Boston. The room is of good size and the staff is pretty friendly although you can often expect long lines waiting at the front desk. The biggest issue we had was the curtains. They did not close :( While there was a white shade, it was semi-transparent allowing lights to come through. So sleeping in the room, we could see the lights from outside quite clearly. And it was not a good night of sleep for us.
