Clean, comfy rooms (if a bit small) and great shower/water pressure. Easy public transportation access from the airport. Excellent location for walking all over Boston. Wonderful service by front desk staff, doormen and bartender. Would definitely return!

I chose to stay nearby Boston Common area. The location was convenient to walk around. The amenities are very good. The staff was friendly and responsive. I would like to recommend to other guests who want to walk around easily in the heart of downtown of Boston.

I liked the free snacks and water. The bed was a little on the soft side but I managed to sleep nonetheless. I liked the door service and the location is excellent. I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doormen were wonderful. We were given free complimentary glasses of wine every evening. Every day the cleaning staff left water, coffee or tea and free snacks in the room. The staff was very helpful calling for a cab. We were also within walking distance of many good restaurants.

Incredible stay!
It was amazing! They held our luggage because we arrived hours before check in and then called us as soon as our rooms were ready. They had lots of fun things going on in the lobby both Friday and Saturday and were wonderful to help with any questions or issues.

The property is very nice and clean. Staff is helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable. There was a nice wardrobe but there were no drawers in the room for clothes. Also there was only one tiny shower shelf and no other ledges for toiletries. I would definitely stay again as I consider my complaints minor inconveniences.
