The configuration of the bathroom in my room was very odd. The toilet faced the wall with barely 6" of space between the front seat of the toilet and the wall, making its use very awkward (had to keep my legs spread apart so they didn't jam my knees into the wall, and standing up and getting on and off the toilet was not easy). Honestly, there was room in the bathroom to turn the toilet perpendicular to where it was and it would have had a lot more "breathing room" but instead there was a strange amount of space to the left between the toilet and the window.

The hotel location is great. But the hotel doesn’t offer help with luggages, doesn’t have room service or any kind of restaurant for breakfasts ir any other meal. We paid 15$us less per night in this hotel than the Lenox next door that offers all that this one doesn’t and a more luxurious experience. Won’t stay here again. I do have to mention that the reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, but I basically had to beg the valet parking person to help me with my luggages.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful, coffee machine in lobby available all day. Close to shops, restaurants, train station and Logan express to get to airport and back for $3. Hotel a bit tired and rooms quite dark and small.

Arrived to a room with a full bin. Air conditioning VERY noisy. Great location but very expensive for what it is. No bar and no comfortable communal area

Room 120 must be the worst room in the hotel. Seems like it was originally office space they converted into a hotel room. Directly on Exeter Street with poorly insulated windows, you can hear conversations of people walking by not to mention the traffic. Room is adjacent to the “back of house” and freight elevator. Constant source of noise from housekeeping and maintenance staff. Hotel itself has potential but don’t stay in rooms 116-120.
