Room was clean - hotel clean - front desk when checking in was friendly - checking out the clerk didnt acknowledge us so i put the cards in the box- the parking was too expensive and the breakfast was not what expected. Complementary breakfast is not just hot and cold cereal with bacon. No waffle or pancake machine. This could have been better. I travel alot and this was the worst continental breakfast I've had.

Perfect city break hotel
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend, and it was a nice, clean place to rest between adventures in the city. We felt safe and well taken care of. Our room on the 8th floor had an incredible view, and everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful.

Mr. Charles the valet was awesome he told us about the area and good places to eat and was always Johnny on the spot when it came to retrieving our car. The hotel said there was a safe in the room but we couldn't find one. We had to ask for the room to be serviced and for fresh towels. The name Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor and picture that is posted gives you the impression that it is on the Inner Harbor but in reality is 1.4 Mi away.

The staff (especially Catherine) was very nice. Everyone, including valet, was kind and always had a smile. I was disappointed in the hotel’s “bar” and dining area. The rooms seemed to be as clean as possible given they are old and need renovations. I was switched to 3 different rooms before settling in on room 523. I appreciated the view ( off the street and shops) but the carpet needed shampooing. There was a burn of some sort in the carpet along with some white spots. I could not walk barefoot.
