Staff was extremely friendly. During the day the area seemed very safe, but in the evening a little sketchy. My first evening was good except on the 7th floor my room did not have a privacy blind. On Saturday afternoon when my daughter and I returned from exploring the area the hallway and are room smelled like weed. It still smelled like week Sunday morning in are room. I advised front desk of room smelling like weed. They apologized and stated I would not be charged.

Staff were amazing. The building is old and has a very peculiar smell in the hallways. The same pieces of trash stayed on the ground for our entire stay. Parking in the garage wasn’t too far away, but it was another $100 for the weekend. Crowd outside was sketchy after dark.

Just ok. Staff wonderful.
Staff was excellent. My complaint is..outlets didn't work. Coffee pot was located where there is no outlet. Said breakfast until 10am, went down at 9:40am and ot was closed. Breakfast is muffins (packaged), pop tarts, and bananas. Ice machine on every floor isn’t correct. Only 5th and 7th. If the TV remote isn’t pointed directly pointed at the on/off sensor forget it. Doesnt work. For the price i paid i expected more quality. You don't sleep with the sirens, people talking and traffic in general. If i would've booked the day i arrived i would of saved around 200+ dollars. Cant control the AC/heat because its on the ceiling. Old coffee pot standard no kcups.

Great hotel and location was perfect for exploring
The staff was friendly and very welcoming when we arrived. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the valet parking price was quite steep and along with the tipping each time we checked the car in and out, it was more than what we paid for the room!

The property is conveniently located in the inner harbor area and walkable to great restaurants. The room was clean, though some upgrades would be appreciated (e.g., scratched tub). The valet was a problem for most of our stay, though. They either were not responsive to our text request to bring us our vehicle or took a while to bring the car around (in one case, we requested our car 10 minutes before coming downstairs and still waited 20 minutes for them to retrieve it, despite there being no other people waiting).
