The reason we picked this property was a 30 year anniversary, date night. There was no room service, and most of the restaurants were closed. Street noise was heard throughout the night, and didn’t lend itself to the vibe we were hoping for. For the price we could have stayed elsewhere knowing the services would be unavailable, and saved money.

The staff were all really nice and helpful. The breakfast restaurant Eques was good and a cheerful atmosphere. My room was well appointed, but there was a problem with the heat. Whenever it ran it smelled like burning electrical, very toxic smelling. Engineering was unable to fix the problem, so I had no heat for 2 weeks. The room was really cold.

It’s a very nice facility with a well appointed room. However my heating system put out a horrible burning electrical smell. Engineering couldn’t fix it, so it was shut off and my room was pretty cold at night. The air smelled really bad the whole stay.
