We used to stay here regularly a few years ago. It's a nice hotel, but a few things just need a little attention. There were black moldy blotches on the bathroom ceiling of room 138, and the air conditioning unit showed a message "please change filter". The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel taxi driver was a star (big Merc limo), but it just felt like it was lacking a little compared to a few years ago. Room service was excellent and we can definitely recommend the chicken curry. In summary, a nice hotel that just needs a bit of TLC.

I have no complaints,at All. Our stay was exceptional. The room was very comfortable and we had the best sleep before our flight back to the USA. However we weren't extremely keen on our Indian dishes or Fishand chips dinner. But we recognize that the meals weren't as authentic and traditional, but we survived- we still enjoyed our meal. Now, moving forward the breakfast buffet outstanding! Overall , I give our stay 200 stars and We will definitely stay again. Thank You Hilton Staff for a job well done!

Helpful reception lady provided our two rooms next to each other; bedding was comfortable; breakfast was delicious. Hotel is a walking distance from underground and transit to airport was quick and easy (hotel also has a shuttle to airport for a reasonable fee, but without checking luggage we choose underground).

Buy the buffet breakfast! So tasty & our 5 year old loved the waffles! The omelette lady did wonderful! Americans love cheese so you may need to remind her to add a little more lol. DIY waffle maker was easy to use & taste really good. The DIY coffee was sooo yummy & easy to make a quick cappuccino or hot latte. Front desk staff were nice. Ran into a few who were a bit on the moody side but the lady who checked us in was awesome. House keeping did their job & kept things spotless. Hotel is near Piccadilly tube & parking was breezy. Also a good sign that I saw a lot of pilots & flight attendants checking in. That made us feel confident that it was a good hotel for regular travelers. Over all will return. Forgot to mention room service was soooo yummy. My kid loved the chicken & noodles & hubby loved the chicken pizza! Showers nice & clean. Shower head detached so that was a blessing after running around the city & Lego land. Last shout out is for the ladies who checked us in for breakfast. They were so kind to us! As an African american family it means the world to us to be able to travel & get treated with respect & kindness at an affordable rate. We left the hotel & drove to port of Southampton for the Aug 12 2024 Disney cruise to LaRochelle France on Disney Dream. This was an awesome spot to start our travels. One last tidbit the front desk moved our room with out asking & gave us a wide open view of the British Airways plaines taking off. Bravo!
