My room type was moved by the manager and front desk, I had to sleep on a queen with my feet hanging off the bed cause I’m so tall. Had a huge spider in my room when I walked in. Room was boarder line clean to not clean when arrived. Kinda tacky. If they cleaned those rooms daily, there would not be a huge spider in the room. But that property has potential. Front desk lady at night was nice and friendly.

Very small room. No pool or restaurant as avertised on line. Bathroom was awful. Between our family and suitcases we couldnt walk in the room. Morning breakfast had barely anything. Fruit , yogurts and toast. Crappy coffee. Over priced and worst place I've ever stayed. Disappointing forsure.

Didn’t like that we had a room next to an exit door that when someone entered and left the door when closed it slammed shut and was loud all night long. Also didn’t like that the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud and also the room above us you could hear their fan when they were in there bathroom.also the exhaust fan in our room had tissue on each side of the fan in a attempt to make it quieter, no such luck. The loud door made it impossible to get a good night sleep. The good thing about all this was the location and the staff. We have stayed here before Cielo and never had a issue

I was very upset when I arrived and found the downstairs room I was promised in June was given away. I requested a downstairs room because my husband cannot handle stairs. The best they could do was an upstairs room one night and downstairs 2 nights. My husband could hardly breathe when he got to the top of the stairs. If I hadn't been promised an upstairs room or just showed up I would have understood the assignment. I probably would have been happy with the adequate room otherwise.

Great Location
This is our 3rd stay at Cielo when we go to Bishop for fall leaf changing. It is a great location for us. The bathroom was small and the towels thin but very clean.

While the staff was great and the hotel generally clean, the rooms themselves were a huge disappointment. Furniture was dirty and worn out (fabric worn through and seams coming apart) and the refresh (paint and carpet) was very poorly done. For the money it was a disappointment.

Disappointed that they don't serve warm breakfast. Cold breakfast with old bread bagel and danish and biscuits hard. We will not be back. Fancy hotel not worth staying. Too expensive.
