No lobby . Hotel under major construction. Which means no lobby and no restaurant or any place to get any food or drinks. Also the bar is removed . You have to walk across the street to the Hilton . This Hotel said nothing about the condition of the building. Stayed here because i stayed here last year and experience was great. This trip is horrible

The hotel is very convenient, staff was friendly and helpful and things were clean. Our room was next to the elevator and it sounded like being next to a subway all night. Additionally, the WiFi was very problematic and we were unable to get homework and work done. The place is great in a lot of ways but be sure to ask for a room away from the elevators and be prepared with a back up plan if the WiFi is problematic.

Located in back bay Boston . The hotel has friendly staff clean rooms . The hotel is connected to prudential centre. Beautiful rooftop views.

It was a quite hotel but in an easy area to find good eating establishments as you needed them as when we stayed at the hotel there were no restaurants or gym open due to refurbishing these areas but you would have thought that at least there would have been at least a small dining area open
