Our upper floor room had a nice view of the Charles River and the Cambridge skyline. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is nice! Hotel was under renovation so we didn't really get to appreciate the aesthetics of the main lobby area. Easy access to Prudential Mall and the T.

Room was clean and cozy, but very warm. Construction noise started at 7am but not too loud. Premium location attached to the mall, very easy to stay inside while getting around Back Bay.

Everything was phenomenal except parking, I was under the impression valet was included with my stay but once valet refused to park my vehicle I was instructed to park in the self public parking by the staff only to be charged $135 for parking, completely blindsided by that fee.
