Good Experience
Our room was ready when we arrived and they accommodated our request for an outdoor exit. Everything about the room was good other than the heater fan cut in and out often and was annoying when we tried to sleep.

The beds were so comfy and cozy !! Great place to stay however the water slides have been out of commission for awhile So that should be noted when booking. The pics are misleading showing water slides:( Also very disappointing Is the fitness facility does not open unti 10am. That should be noted too Especially when checkout is 11 Overall though te rooms were very nice and clean . Very friendly staff

The waterslide and hot tub were closed (only reason we booked here) and apparently the waterslide has been closed for almost a year! Wish we would have known that - and we were told they don’t give discounts for that as they are already on the cheaper side

Informed at checkin the pool and hot tub were not in service. Heater was broken in room. A space heater was provided. Very thin walls and loud stomping til midnight and began again at 630 am.

I find it misleading when a hotel posts water slides as a major amenity on their outdoor signage and on websites and their facilities are out of order, their pictures are out of date... pool area looks not only outdated, but unsafe with unlevelled bricks, no mortar and pool is REALLY small! Extremely disappointing! I did like having bunk beds for my children!

Great for the price point. Comfortable beds, clean and friendly. Nothing fancy but very good, and quite close to the trans canada if you’re en route.

Honestly it was just dirty and not well maintained at all. One of my pillows had blood on it so i went and bought pillowcases and you could just tell the place was not cleaned well. and the The pool area was super gross and the water slide wasnt even open and hasnt been for months.

We booked this property for the sole purpose of getting away with our family and having somewhere for them to burn some energy. The water slide was not working. The hot tub jets were not working. We then realized when it was time to eat, that we had to pack everyone up and go out for supper, as the restaurant was also closed! Thankfully half of our party was not present as originally planned, as the room was incredibly crowded with two queen beds and a set of bunk beds, however the photos show more than enough room! Had all of this been made apparent I most definitely would not have spent the money to book this hotel. A hot mess all around.
