Firstly, finding the property is like finding a needle in a hay stack. They say the address is 222 Margaret St, which currently doesn't exist. The adjacent property is 212, then the next property is a construction site and is numbered 240. I literally could not find the property and eventually just followed some people down an alley in the construction site and there it was. I had tried to call the support number to get directions, but they didn't answer and it went to voicemail. Nobody bothered to call me back. This apartment is literally a part of a construction site and you will get to enjoy all the noise that that brings. But before you even get to that stage, you have to drag your luggage down the street to the local Ezy Mart to collect the keys. I had asked the guy there if he knew where the building was and he had no idea. When I eventually got to my room, I went to turn the TV on and the remote didn't work. It was not the correct remote for the TV, so good luck trying to watch anything. The bed was a small double. I am 180cm tall and my feet were literally hanging over the edge of the bed. It was as hard as a ROCK - like a Japanese bed. Fortunately I was there by myself as there is no way two adults could have slept in it. After a sleepless night, I rang wotif customer service and said I was not going to stay the second night and demanded a refund, which they agreed to do.
My advice is to spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere that at least has a reception.
