The staff stated that we had cancelled the stay, it turns out they charged us and then cancelled our stay "accidentally" but they had us call expedia to figure all this out instead of looking in their system further to realize it was THEIR mistake the whole time. Very frustrating. The area was nice, the room was okay (shampoo and conditioner were empty and shower dripped all night but they did fix the next day).
