Was charged for premium room but was given a below standard room. Broken iron, no coffee maker in room 111 no blankets dirty floors. Raggedy tub. Water smelled like sewer water in the sink. Shower head falling off. Toilet loose. A/C heater vent was stinky and broken .

Terrible. I did not get the deluxe room I asked for and my wife had to clean stuff off the wall and toilet roll holder. It was human waste if you understand. If I could have got another hotel I would have.

Beds r very uncomfortable I wish I had just slept in my car that night, I got awful sleep and woke up like I’d been in a fight Property needs work, very noisy can hear every conversation within 10 ft as if they r in the room with u.

To much dog poop
When we arrived was great and we stayed many times here before well one room key would not work had to keep going to get reprogrammed and the pet friendly no one picks up after their dog (so gross) poop was every where I walked away from the property and it was there too we are going to look for some where else next time then at check out we cloud not get a receipt person behind the desk said the printer had down for awhile
