We had a nice short stay. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Staff at reception is prompt and polite. One bed light is not connected to power

We had no hot water in the apartment, bed was uncomfortable, missing remote for TV in the bedroom and 1 lift was out of order making impossible to travel from our apartment to ground without walking down the fire stairs. Very expensive for 1 night given the awful experience. Try and avoid if possible.

The oven was disgustingly dirty, couldn't even use it. The table and benchtop were still dirty from the previous guests. The pictures posted are obviously from when it was brand new, very misleading. Won't book ever again.

Location location location
A wonderful stay in a hotel with three key factors - location, location and location. From the view over Lake Burley Griffin, to walking distance to cafes and restaurants, and a short Uber to all of the sights, the BreakFree was fantastic. The room was excellent and had all required amenities for two couples to stay.
