Everything was very good, with the exception of The shuttle driver from The airport to the hotel. He was uncommunicative and extremely unhelpful. He never left his seat, other than to take a personal phone call. He did not help Anyone with their luggage, did not even greet anyone or say goodbye. Terrible! The driver in the morning was the exact opposite. He was an older gentleman who was friendly and worked extremely hard.

Long term parking should be at the back of the property. When you have limitations but not handicapped hard to walk from 3-4 rows back especially with inclement weather (ie: snowing and icy ground). Slow check in as only one person helping people checking in. This has been our experience when go I g to this property
